Experience the power or partnership
As a collaborative network of supportive housing providers, the Northwest Continuum of Care (NWCoC) is able share information, combine resources, and do more to end homelessness in our region.
Northwest Continuum of Care (NWCoC)
The NWCoC is one of 11 Continuum of Cares in Minnesota. These collaborations allow different agencies, service providers, and partners to work together to serve the needs of our community more effectively and efficiently.
The NWCoC serves the three tribal nations of Red Lake Nation, White Earth Nation, and parts of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe along with the counties of Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Kittson, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau.
The region’s network of service providers operates through a board of directors. The Northwest Minnesota Foundation serves as the collaborative host for the Northwest Continuum of Care. Details about the NWCoC are available within the Northwest Minnesota Foundation’s website.
